Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your Roadie account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to do that and what to expect.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Roadie account and associated data, send an email to our support team using the steps below. Once we have verified the request, your data is deleted immediately.

Deleting your account does not cancel your Roadie Plus subscription.

Your account is held by us; your subscription is held by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel the subscription there first, then delete your account — otherwise billing continues after your data is gone.

iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Roadie
Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Roadie

Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Include your account email address
This is the email you used to register your Roadie account so we can locate your data.

Confirm your identity if required
We may reply asking you to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion.

Receive confirmation
Deletion runs as soon as your request is verified, and we will send you a confirmation email once it is complete.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon successful verification of your request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:

✓Your account profile (name, email address, password)
✓Trip history and saved routes
✓Points of interest saved or bookmarked during trips
✓In-app game history and scores
✓Voice interaction logs and conversation history
✓User preferences and app settings
✓Weather data queries tied to your account
✓Session memory and contextual data stored by Roadie agents

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained after your deletion request where we are required to do so by applicable law, or to protect our legitimate legal interests:

Transaction and billing records
Retained as required by applicable financial and tax law. These records contain the transaction, not your drives.

Legal compliance records
Retained where required to comply with legal obligations, court orders, or regulatory requirements.

Fraud prevention and security logs
Retained to prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Anonymized or aggregated data
Data that has been fully anonymized and cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product improvement.

All retained data is held only for as long as required by law and is subject to our Privacy Policy.
