How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Roadie account and associated data, send an email to our support team using the steps below. We will process your request within 30 days.

   Send an email to support@goroadie.co

   Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

   Include your account email address

   This is the email you used to register your Roadie account so we can locate your data.

   Confirm your identity if required

   We may reply asking you to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion.

   Receive confirmation

   Once deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. Processing takes up to 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon successful verification of your request, the following data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:

• ✓Your account profile (name, email address, password)
• ✓Trip history and saved routes
• ✓Points of interest saved or bookmarked during trips
• ✓In-app game history and scores
• ✓Voice interaction logs and conversation history
• ✓User preferences and app settings
• ✓Weather data queries tied to your account
• ✓Session memory and contextual data stored by Roadie agents

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained after your deletion request where we are required to do so by applicable law, or to protect our legitimate legal interests:

  Transaction and billing records

  Retained as required by applicable financial and tax law.

  Legal compliance records

  Retained where required to comply with legal obligations, court orders, or regulatory requirements.

  Fraud prevention and security logs

  Retained to prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.

  Anonymized or aggregated data

  Data that has been fully anonymized and cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product improvement.

All retained data is held only for as long as required by law and is subject to our Privacy Policy.
