Roadie uses artificial intelligence and large language models that may:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Roadie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ROADIE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
BY USING ROADIE WHILE DRIVING, YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with distracted driving, navigation errors, and reliance on AI-generated content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roadie and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
