By accessing or using Roadie (the "Service"), available at goroadie.co and app.goroadie.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Roadie is operated by Model Mint LLC. ("Roadie," "we," "us," or "our").
Roadie is a smart travel companion application that provides:

Roadie is a supplemental travel tool and is NOT a replacement for attentive driving, traffic laws, or professional navigation systems. You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of others while operating a vehicle.

You are responsible for all activities under your account. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Roadie is free to try. Every account includes 10 trips and 60 minutes of navigation. These are one-time allowances, not monthly ones — once either is used up, starting a new trip requires a subscription. Whichever runs out first is the one that stops you.
Roadie Plus costs $94.99 per year (USD). Prices in other countries are set by the App Store and Google Play and may differ. The price you are charged is always the one shown on the purchase screen at the moment you buy.
Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your store account is charged within 24 hours of the renewal date. We do not process your payment or see your card details — Apple and Google are the merchants of record.
You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling is done in your store account, not in Roadie:
Deleting your Roadie account does not cancel your subscription.
The two are held in different places: your account is ours, your subscription is your store's. If you want both gone, cancel the subscription first, then delete the account.
Refunds are handled by the store that charged you, under their policies, not by us. We cannot issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases, though we are happy to help you find the right form.
If we change the price, we will tell you before it takes effect, and the change will only apply to you after you agree to it in the way your store requires.
If your payment fails, Apple or Google may retry it for a period before the subscription lapses. You keep access while they do. If it lapses, your data is not deleted — you return to the free tier, and any allowance you had already used stays used.

All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property in the Service are owned by Model Mint LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes but is not limited to:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., trip preferences, game answers). By using the Service, you grant Roadie a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Roadie integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:
Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or policies.
ROADIE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL NAVIGATION SYSTEMS OR YOUR JUDGMENT AS A DRIVER.
We do not guarantee:
Roadie's conversational features are powered by third-party AI systems. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely solely on Roadie for safety-critical decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MODEL MINT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
BY USING ROADIE WHILE DRIVING, YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with distracted driving, navigation errors, and reliance on AI-generated content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Model Mint LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using Roadie, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.
For paid subscribers, we will give reasonable advance notice before materially reducing the features included in Roadie Plus. If we discontinue the Service during a period you have already paid for, we will provide a pro-rata refund or credit for the unused portion, processed through the store that charged you.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support@goroadie.co.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Roadie Plus subscription. Subscriptions are held by the App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled there — see Section 5.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes or urgent matters.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting roadie@goroadie.co for at least 30 days.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Roadie regarding the Service.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You agree to comply with all export and import laws applicable to the Service.
